Job Responsibilities
1. 7 years of experience with Business objects Business Intelligence
2. 3 or more years experience with Business objects suite
3. 6 or more years experience creating dashboards, metrics manager
4. 6 or more years experience with a SQL language, such as
Oracle/DB2/UDB/SQL in medium sized data environments (> 100GB, >1 TB
preferred)
5. 6 or more years experience with the installation and debug of Business
objects products, working with IBM and 3rd parties to solve advanced
problems and good industry contacts for best of breed solutioning
6. 8 or more years experience with data modeling with Business objects BI
Manager or related tools (SSIS, Informatica, Datastage) a plus
7. 10 or more years experience with customer training and presentation and
professional corporate project work.
Expert knowledge in Business objects tools
* In Depth knowledge of customizing Business objects to suit application
delivery needs
* Experience authoring Business objects reports that deliver cross tabs,
charts, and other key reporting assets that execute in a timely fashion.
* Working knowledge and experience in Windows 2003 server administration
and configuring Business objects.
* Good understanding of various database platforms, including Oracle, and
MS SQL Strong understanding of Business objects system architecture and
technology infrastructure is a plus Extensive experience with MS Excel,
spreadsheet presentation, financial modeling, OLAP design.
* Articulate presenter and communicator to execute on business needs.
