EMC VMAX Storage Arrays
Avamar Support
1. Support of VBLOCK 700 Series
2. VMware vCenter Support
3. VMware vCenter Update Manager (VUM), and other utilities.
4. VMAX monitoring Incident Support
5. LUN Management Zoning
6. Avamar Support
7. Perform software upgrades patching, and compliance changes to the
network systems (routers, switches, load balancers, proxies, firewall, DNS,
etc.)
8. Debug and troubleshoot technical issue
9. Create and push firewall rules
10. Perform performance tuning
11. Implement changes on all systems (routers, switches, load balancers,
proxies, firewall, DNS, etc.)
12. Solve Incidents Level 1 could not solve Support Disaster recovery
testing Support project work
13. Perform basic changes to support the environment.
14. Capacity Planning Design Optimization
15. Advanced Trouble Shooting
16. Tool Support
17. Create documentation Test, implement and support extremely complex
network hardware including Cisco routers and switches, firewalls, Load
