• 2-4 years of Computer Networking, System Administration or Network
Security
• Unix or Linux Operating System administration experience
• Experience working with clients in a support role

• Help desk experience will be essential.
• Ability to analyze events and determine severity and appropriate
recommended response.
• Adept networking and system administration abilities.
• Clear understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and networking principles.
• Demonstrated organizational and scheduling skills, rigorous attention to
detail.
• Dedication to client service with a confident, comfortable phone
presence.
• Analytical ability, consultative, and communications skills, strong
judgment and the ability to work effectively with team members and with
clients.
• Self motivated, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks
simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
