Java SE – 8 -10 yrs
Java EE – 8 – 10 yrs
Performance tuning
Build and Release Management (SVN, Maven, Hudson)
Understanding and experience with QA methodologies (JUnit, TestNG, Silk
Script, Selenium, ...)
Security/Encryption (Solutions from Vendors like Ingrian, Safenet, ...)
Good Communication and Organizational Skills
