ü Over 6- 8 years of IT experience with over 3 years experience in IBM
WebSphere and WebSphere Application Server 5.x.
ü Experience in working on version 6.x is a definite plus.
ü Webservices SOA knowledge is preferred.
ü Prior hands-on experience in coding with Java, Servelet, webservices,
JavaScript, JSP, HTML/XHTML.
ü Should have worked on either Struts or Springs
ü Good written and oral communication skills with sound problem
resolution, decision making skills along with strong analytical and
organizational skills a must.
