Senior candidates needed
Resource should possess the below skills:
1. Very good knowledge of SQL Server Architecture
2. Installation of SQL Server 2005\2008 on stand-alone and cluster
environments
3. Good knowledge of windows cluster and troubleshooting skills on cluster
4. Good experience of managing windows group policies
5. Windows securities and SQL Server securities
6. Database server migrations and database upgrade
7. Patching and applying updated on SQL Server
8. Designing and implementing DR setup for critical databases
9. Implementing Database mirroring, log shipping and replication
10. Very good knowledge of Resource Governor, Data Collectors , Policy
based management
11. Good experience in SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008 R2 new features
12. Very sound knowledge of database backup & recovery.
13. Performance testing and tuning
14. Good knowledge of SQL Server DMVs
15. Providing solution to Business Technology Group (BTG) as per their
requirement.
