Accountable for the professional support that is due to our customers to
ensure a high tier customer satisfaction level
*Functional Roles & Responsibilities*
• Regional Vendor Master Data (Vendor Add) Team member
Ensure the Vendor Master Data Creation and Maintenance in SAP
• Contact supplier to collect and provide the missing information in the
creation forms
• Perform regular Vendor Data Audit to ensure adherence to standard formats
and accuracy
• Perform the regular cleanup of the data base, according to the define
rules.
• Onboard suppliers to the Ariba Supplier Network (e invoicing process)
• Maintain the regional documentations and knowledge database updated
• Participate to the continuous improvement initiatives by proposing
systems enhancements
• Continuously develop the skills/competences by sharing the knowledge with
other team members and participating to offered training sessions
• Build strong collaborative networks with key stakeholders and ensure
good/adequate communication

*Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills*
Education and/ or on-the-job experience
§ University degree or similar level education
§ 3 - 5 years procurement experience
§ Experience of working in international matrix organizations across
functions and cultures
§ Fluent English language written & spoken (second language desirable)

§ Ability to establish oneself as a true business partner for internal
clients
§ Strong Team Spirit
§ Willing to explain, guide and train people
§ Strong communication and presentation skills

§ Procurement and Account payable knowledge
§ Experienced in large ERP system, and SAP R/3 Vendor Master data
