requirements and documenting them as functional specifications and Use
Cases.
• Ability to analyze and classify a business in terms of business
functions and processes and the information they use.
• Excellent knowledge of various Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC) processes such as RUP, Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficient at creating detailed Use-Case Models, DFD, Use Cases, and
Sequence Diagrams. Managed Design Models, Interfaces using Rational
and Microsoft tools.
• Responsible for managing various projects from beginning (Business
Requirements) through finish (Prod release) for the senior management
team.
• Acted as a liaison between the business team and technical team, was

liquidity, Business Operations, Portfolio and Security.
• Wrote requirements and managed multiple projects involving Health
Insurance, HIPAA transaction standards, FEP and Claims processing.
• Worked closely with the Internal Audit team to make sure Business
Divisions were SOX compliant.
• Worked on various projects by managing them from beginning to
completion by effectively working with various project teams.
• Comfortable, interacting with stakeholders and SME’s, gathering
requirements, rating them and assigning appropriate priorities.
• Planned and managed effective communication sessions like formal and
informal meetings and training that demonstrate strong relational
skills and goal-orientation.
• Extensive work experience using Test Management Tools including
Microsoft Project and Rational’s Test Manager. Expertise in Rational
Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills while dealing with
business end users and developers to discuss various user requirements
and functional specifications.
