*Role: Senior mobility usability /user experience designer*
*Work Location *San Francisco, CA
*Duration *12 months
*Assignment start date *14-May-12
*Total experience in required skill (years) *6 to 8 years of experience
Responsibilities includes: Structure, schedule and execute
Usability Testing, including initial consultation, designing the study,
interviewing, analysis and report writing.
Produce Usability reports, Usability risk reports and design guidance for
use by developers, testers and management.

*Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills *
*Qualification:* A four year degree is required; specialization in social
sciences or computer science is preferred. Other degrees are acceptable if
the candidate has real-world experience applying principles of usability
and/or user-centric design in the work. A Human/Computer Interaction
degree or certificate is very highly valued. Graphic design experience is
a positive differentiator.
- Experience in developing and executing rigorous and proven research
methods to identify, understand, evaluate, and communicate complex
interaction experiences.
- Ability to examine data from a variety of sources and identify trends
and key insights during the analysis phase.
- Highly polished visual and verbal presentations skills, Well
organized, detail oriented, and results driven.
- Strategic thinking and creativity are critical attributes.
- Extensive experience directly interacting with end users, performing
usability studies.
- Ideal candidates may have past job titles like Business System
Analyst, Usability Expert, Interface Designer (with direct user
interaction) or Human/Computer Interaction (HCI) Expert.
