1. Strong scripting experience
* *2. PowerShell and T-SQL
* *3. Working knowledge of Networking (load balancing
technologies) and infrastructure.
* *4. Performance tuning in SQL
* *5. Knowledge of high availability techniques in SQL
* *6. IT Operations knowledge
* *7. Strong knowledge in SQL Server 2005/2008
Administration
* *8. Should have managed Windows 2003/2008 in a
medium-to-large scale production environment
* *9. Good knowledge on IIS Administration
* *10. Exposure to MOF/ITIL processes is desired
* *11. Strong troubleshooting knowledge on Event Logs,
PerfMon, Backup Jobs, Load Balancing/Clustering, Replication/Mirroring issue
12. Development experience with C#, SQL
* *13. Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting and
resolving complex application issues
* *14. Excellent Customer handling skills
* *15. Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate
clearly and fluently in English
