*Technical/Functional Skills*:
· Technical Knowledge of at least the following Agile Modules :
o Product Collaboration
o *Product Governance and Collaboration*
o Product Quality Management
· PLM functional knowledge , in majority of the below areas:
o Item / Part Management
o BOM Management
o Component Management
o Document Management
o Engineering Change Management
o Product Environment Compliance Management
· Knowledge of Agile PLM Design-to-Release Process Knowledge of
hi-tech PLM processes would be an added advantage – Desirable
· Knowledge of Oracle AIA architecture and PIM – Desirable
· *Agile PLM : Java SDK Development exp.*
· Agile PLM & EPR integration exp.
*Roles & Responsibilities* :
*An Agile PLM BSA , would need to perform the following tasks :*
*a) *Assist the BSA leads in preparing the Design configuration
document from the customer requirements documents.
*b) *Identify and cull out PLM requirements from Supply Chain customer
requirements documents
*c) *Translate the PLM requirements to High level Design Requirements
which in turn would form the foundation of the low level design
configuration document
*d) *Interact with Business champions to clarify and understand
requirements
*e) *Segregate requirements into configuration and data migration type
of requirements and convey them to the appropriate technical teams
*f) *Interface with offshore teams during the development phase and
ratify low level design before commencement of development
*g) *Develops and tests some of the configurations necessary to
satisfy user requirements in the Dev and/or SIT environments
*h) *Development of Process Extension using Java SDK.
*Generic Managerial Skills *:
*a) *Strong communication and presentation skills
*b) *Self motivated , ability to define own role , responsibilities and
expectations and work accordingly
*c) *High grasping capability and adaptability
*d) *Ability to work with geographically separated teams via virtual
meetings and webex meetings
*Education*: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering (Elec or Mech)
