*Relevant Experience (Yrs) * : *8+ yrs*
*Technical/Functional Skills * :
- 8 years working experience in UNIX operating system
- Advanced programming experience in C/ C++
- Strong UNIX shell scripting knowledge
- Knowledge in Perl / AWK is preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, Javascript is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong RDBMS concepts
*Experience Required*
- 8 + years experience in UNIX / C/ C++
- Excellent communication and client facing abilities
- Experience in Perl/awk will be bonus

*Roles & Responsibilities*:
As a technical lead for UNIX, C, C++ area, main responsibilities will
include but not limited to:
- Provide primary support of applications in scope and coordinate
support related activities with offshore team
- Analyze existing support operation and provide capacity planning based
on workload
- Analyze existing system / code base from technology perspective and
provide recommendation / solutions towards better implementations

daily activities with customer and TCS offshore team
