Oracle R12 Implementation experience of in AR, CM Modules
Deep Process Knowledge and experience on Configuring AR & CM and other
Finance Modules
Experience in Preparing Configuration documents, Process Mapping documents,
Gap Analysis
Experience in Interface and other Customization requirement Analysis
Experience in end to end Functional Testing
Experience in conducting CRP sessions, Validating requirements
Experience in collecting Configuration and Master data from Business
Experience in closely working with Customer Business Team
Experience in Preparating Functional Design, Process Flow diagrams, Set
up/Config documents
Experience in communicating with Oracle (raising TAR etc)

*Desirable Technical / Functional Skills *
Experience in Technical aspects of AR, CM and other Oracle Financial
Modules (API, Forms, Reports, Programs, Tables)
Experience of using Tools like - Toad, PL/SQL Developoer, Mastro Scheduler,
PVCS, HP-PPM, HP Quality Center
Experience in working in large team, Onshore-offshore model,
