Please let me know if you have any matching profiles.**** ** ** *Title: SSRS Developer* *A new 3 month project out in Lake Success NY on Long Island. * * * *-Must be an expert building Dashboards, Scorecards and sophisticated formatting on the front end? things like: Graphs, Charts, Conditional Formatting * * * *Project Description:* **· **Our client is looking for a MS SSRS Analyst/Developer who can come in and assist with Reports generation and Validation work. Our client currently has a healthcare system that they have compiled data from and they need someone to come in and build complex reports for.**** **· **The work that this person will be doing will all be within the MS Stack. They will be expected to have experience with SQL Server (our client is on 2008), SSRS, and Reporting Services.**** **· ***This person should have a clinical background and be very strong are the MS stack (especially SSRS). They are ideally looking for someone who has a healthcare background, but the domain experience is not required.* **· **It is assumed that the person that is brought on will have a very strong understanding of data and reporting. Meaning?they must understand and have experience with: SQL Queries, Creating Reports, Tables, views?etc.**** * * *Day to day: * **- **Work with Business analyst, Data Architect and business users to understand business processes, document project requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for BI reports.* *** **- **Responsible for developing and managing SSRS projects**** **- **Work with tabular reports, matrix reports, gauges & chart reports, parameterized reports, sub reports, ad-hoc reports, drill down reports as well as interactive reports according to business requirements in time restricted environment using SQL server reporting services (SSRS).** ** **- **Design and develop report with running value, interactive sorting as well as conditional formatting**** **- **Create reports using stored procedure. Scheduling, creating snapshot and subscription for the reports and triggers to facilitate consistent data entry into the database.**** * * *Required skills:* - Microsoft SQL Server 2008 (would take ’05, but strongly prefer ’08), Strong query writing**** - Data Modeling, SSRS**** - Experience creating: SQL Queries, reports, tables, views?etc. **** - Data Analysis experience**** -Candidates must have experience with Reports generation and Validation **** -Must have a very strong understanding of the architecture of SSRS so they can performance tune reports.
