- Problem determination and solution
- BRMS Management
- Turnover
- Client Access & Rumba installation, configuration and maintenance
- Documentation & Ticket Handling
- JDE system administration ( User id creation/Access grant/ SOD
Violation Check)
- ITIL Training/Certification
