Services)
Basic Networking TCP protocol experience.

UCS Hardware and Software Experience
Citrix Provisioning Server 5.6+ experience
Citrix UPM and Streaming Profiler experience
Microsoft App-V experience
EMC/NetApp Storage Administration Experience

User Virtualization Tools (AppSense, RES, etc.)
Citrix XenApp or XenDesktop knowledge on VMware.
