*Responsibilities:*
· Work together with IT Leadership to deliver development strategy
and standards.
· Collaborate with IT functional partners to understand development
requirements and priorities.
· Collaborate with SAP and other related system architects to
ensure that the design has been fully considered for both application and
infrastructure implications.
· Prepare and maintain project plan, resource plan, risk management
plan, cost estimation and ensure timely delivery of development objects.
· Lead implementation of development objects from design to go-live
phase.
· Responsible for vendor relationship management, including
3rdparty partner selection, onboarding, resource/budget/time
management,
operating mechanism and day-to-day control.
· Establish change/ release management, quality management tools
and procedures.
· Responsible for continuous performance and quality improvements
of the SAP system.
· Responsible for building and maintaining strong SAP knowledge
across the organization.
· Besides the main tasks and responsibilities listed above,
responsible for completing any other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor
or manager.

*Requirements:*
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or
equivalent experience.
· Good project- , people management and problem solving skills.
· Strong communication and influencing skills.
· Ability to work across functional boundaries.
· Flexible and adaptable to changing roles and priorities.
· Up-to-date with industry standards and technology trends.
*Specific Requirements*
· 10+ years of SAP Technical ABAP development experience
· 5+ years’ experience in leading SAP development management and
support area.
· Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation for consumer or
industrial manufacturing businesses.
· Experience in cross-functional and cross-system project
management.
· Good knowledge of SAP technical solutions for reports, workflows,
enhancements, forms, conversion and interfaces.
· Basic understanding of SAP ECC functional modules: FICO, SD, MM,
PP, QM.
*Desired but not mandatory*
· Basic understanding of SAP SCM, GTS, FSCM , MII modules and
Vistex.
· ABAP Programming knowledge
· Data Archiving, LSMW, CATT, eCATT, Data Migration, Solution
Manager
· Green Belt or Black Belt certified
