Need to have good troubleshooting skills. These consultants will be on site in San Antonio and or traveling to their 72 locations over the course of 6 months in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, the Valley Area and a couple in Florida. We need 5 to 6 of these people to start. Following a cutover from client"s Groups Infrastructure, their system need to be validated that they work correctly. These BA's will work with the client application and desktop teams to validate and in the event a system isn't working correctly, define a the solution and work with the application, DT and IF teams to resolve. Client will pay all T&E to and from the clinics that need to be migrated off of the prior companies Voice and Data Infrastructure to client Groups. BA's with Data Infrastructure experience would be helpful. Business Analyst Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Analyze data gathered and potential solutions Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program. Review and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used. Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
