*Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills: *
Install, configure, maintain and support instances of WebSphere Application
Server on Windows and zLinux platforms
Assist with the implementation of, and execute the operation of, system
monitoring tools and scripts
Configure system level security as required by the applications
Establish, maintain, and monitor connectivity with directory services as
well as web, application and database servers
Maintain documentation for system support; mentor other administrators
Manage small to medium sized server projects, coordinating resources and
gathering needed deliverables from other teams

*Desirable Technical /Functional Skills: *
Experience with LDAP-based directory services
Knowledge of both Microsoft Windows SANs, and network components **
