Detailed JD:
*· **Primary Skills*
a. Good hands on experience on Red Hat Linux Administration.
b. Provide implementation services for hardware installation, OS Builds,
Satellite Channel configurations, kick start installation , etc. for Linux,
Network, and Application Delivery, and Security ( including AD
Authentication)
c. Must have good understanding of Satellite installation and channel
creations, and be knowledgeable on high available/redundant Red Hat
architecture
d. Update process documentation for new platform support. (Deployments,
patching, build standards, monitoring, etc.)
e. Strong problem solving skills
f. Good Hardware Knowledge on HP and Blade Servers.
*· **Secondary Skills*
a. Strong bash and Perl scripting skills with automation experience
b. Exposure to PCI compliance tasks a plus.
c. Security/Network understanding
d. Good Communication skills
e. Working knowledge of other flavors of UNIX
*Certifications:*
Must be RedHat certifications (RHCE) on current 5/6 versions)
