*Relevant Experience (Yrs):*
· Minimum 5+ years of SAP Solution Manager setup/administration
experience
· Minimum of 3 years of hands on technical experience with SAP PI /
XI, including SLD.
· Must have done at least 2 end to end Solution Manager

*Technical/Functional Skills:*
· Proven experience in SAP PI / XI performance and availability
monitoring.
· Should have hands on experience in the adapters like IDOC, RFC,
JDBC, File, Mail, JMS.
· SAP interface architecture design experience with large corporation
implementation projects.
· PI 7.1 experience is preferred.
· Good knowledge of most integration technologies.
· Details required in process integration design (communications and
messaging technologies, qualities of service, SLAs.)
· Deep PI architecture and development knowledge.
· Basic Understanding of the business processes.
· Knowledge of the support processes within the organization.
· Configuration and implementation experience with two or more of the
following:
o System Landscape Directory (SLD)
o Business Process Management (BPM)
o eSOA - Enterprise Service Repository (Enterprise Services)
o Change Request Management(CHARM)
o Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Tools
· Experience with one or more of the following SAP programming
tools/techniques:
o BAPI/ABAP
o IDOC
o Java(J2EE)
o CTS+
· SAP Certification in Solution Manager and PI Administration
preferred, but not required.
· Experience in the Manufacturing - Consumer Products industry.
*Total Experience Required:* At least 8 years IT experience, with strong
SAP Technical experience on Solution manager and PI systems.

*Roles & Responsibilities *
· Act as a primary point of contact for SAP Integrations strategy,
architecture, and governance. Expertise in technical understanding of SAP
Solution Manager , Integrations with Aris and Uperform, work centers
available for both Implementation projects and Run SAP Operations.
· Past experience and strong understanding with integration of
components of SAP Solution Manager and SAP Process Integration ( PI).
· Develop Roadmap for Solution manager to configure various work
centers for Run SAP Operations with Focus on Business Process Monitoring
(BPM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Change Request Management (CHARM).
· Configuration and Administration of the PI Components (SAP Web AS
ABAP/Java, Integration Engine, Adapter Engine, SLD etc).
· Take a lead role in maintaining and enforcing PI naming, coding and
development standards, and providing architecture and design consulting for
PI interface development projects across multiple implementations (Inner
Ring).
· Work closely with Corporate EI Team to design the SAP Integrations
with external applications that used Websphere Middleware( Outer Ring)
· Perform Production Steady State Support across projects for
Integrations.
· End to End (E2E) Monitoring setup for ABAP and JAVA systems
· Application Performance Management CA Wily Introscope
· Contribute to defining and enhancing interface development
processes.
· Contribute to process improvements for PI interface maintenance and
Production support.
· Contribute to defining and enhancing interface development
processes.
· Contribute to process improvements for PI interface maintenance and
Production support.
· Proven experience with:
o SAP Solution Manager
o SAP Process Integration ( PI )
o SAP ALE technology (RFC, IDOC, JCO etc.)
· Develop and maintain policies, standards and best practices for all
Interface matters related to SAP Architecture.
· Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills on
highly complex Interface problems
· Experience directing and managing work through matrix and shared
service organization
· Experience researching SAP issues through OSS evaluating OSS Notes
as it relate to Interfaces.
· Ability to clearly communicate technology issues, plans and
solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective
providing pros and cons for recommended solutions.

· Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain
professional relationships.
