*Technical/Functional Skills;*
· 5+ years of enterprise software project management experience
bringing together capabilities from multiple enterprise systems into a
cohesive set of features exposed through one or more application
platforms. The selected candidate will support the *After Care & Services
Program* Manager by managing a handful of smaller projects in support of
the program’s larger objectives.
· 1+ years of Project Management experience related to development
and release of mobile phone apps.
· Experience delivering under multiple SDLCs (waterfall, iterative,
agile) and be comfortable pulling together a project across development
teams using different methodologies.
· Experience working with geographically distributed teams
(on-shore, off-shore, etc.)
· Experience working with multiple vendors
· Experience working in a matrix organization
· Evening and weekend work may be required

*Retail and Wireless Industry experience is preferred*

*Roles & Responsibilities:*
· Define project scope and requirements and plan project lifecycle
· Identify required resources.
· Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones, etc.
· Manage financials and reporting for each project
- Defines and manages project risk including creating contingency plans
and implementing risk mitigation strategies

*Generic Managerial Skills: *
Must be able to work closely with the program, IT and business leaders
Demonstrable experience negotiating and managing conflicts within groups
Demonstrable experience navigating complex organizations successfully
Must possess excellent negotiation skills
Efficiently identifies and solves project issues

*Education: *BS/MS in computer science or engineering (or equivalent
professional experience)
