*Job Description*
ETL Sr.Development Lead/Architect, ideal candidate for this role will have
a diverse background, be someone with an ETL development focus, but also
have BI background and web analytics experience.
*REQUIREMENTS: *
1. MUST be strong with ETL with at least 8-12 years of experience.
2. Advanced experience with Oracle and SQL for analytic processing is a
MUST.
3. MUST be strong with Data Marts, Star Schemas, etc.
4. Solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts is a must.
5. Experience in ODI ETL development and tools a MUST.
6. Experience in QLICKVIEW is a plus.

*RESPONSIBILITIES: *
1. Design, build, and maintain ETL processes to support business analysis -
i.e. Requirements gathering, ETL, Dimensional Data Modeling, Reporting,
etc.
2. Ensure all aspects of ETL design align with defined best practices.
3. Support agile processes for fluid delivery of data, information, and
analyses to the business.
4. Work with team to define methods for and potentially implement solutions
for performance measuring and monitoring of all data movement technologies.
5. Assist BI Architect as needed with technical details of all technologies
in use for projects.
6. Assist in resolving technical issues such as connectivity between
servers, security methods used between servers for authentication and
authorization, etc.
