requirement for Bloomington, MN. Any work authorization will work for the
same. LOCALS ONLY or can consider candidates from IL, IA, ND, SD

Position: Performance Tester/ Load runner
Location: Bloomington, MN - *Face to Face required*
Duration: 6 months
Basics: Load runner, years of strong experience and talent here. The more
other performance testing tools and software development experience that
the individual has beyond Load runner, the stronger of a candidate the
individual will be. Individual must be someone whom I can point to a
project (or two) and say “here is your next performance testing task” and
they go off and do it. We do not have anyone who will be providing day to
day direction that says “code this”. Our environment is also such that we
do not have a direct correlation between test environments and production,
so someone who understands how to do exploratory sorts of performance
measurements that provide baselines, deltas and information that can be
used to correlate expected behaviors is required. Someone who can only
provide strict “it passes the requirements” is not as strong of a candidate.
