*Knowledge*
- A Technical expert in the SAP HR ABAP module with the ability Code,
Debug
- Deep knowledge of the R/3 Enhancement Concept including Data
Dictionary, CMOD, enhancement framework
- Fundamental understanding of Workflow, IDOC's, and EDI support.
- Hand on US Payroll reporting, OM PA.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to
express complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work on cross-functional
project teams and foster team commitment to tasks.
- Thorough business understanding in one or more functional areas, as
well as an understanding of the organization's industry.
