Related to one of our current initiatives: IT Security or *Identity Access
Management *experience a nice to have.****

Project Management Skills****

- Experience and thorough understanding of the *PMI-based Project
Management *Life Cycle ****

- Lead project team to deliver business and technical objectives on-time,
within budget and to specification****

- Create MS Project 2010 schedule using *Dynamic Scheduling*, and utilize
the schedule to communicate and manage the work.****

- Report status, issues and risks according to *PMO* processes and schedule
****

- Prepare project for governance gate approvals.****

- Demonstrated experience in managing projects in risk and dependency rich
environment****

- Experience managing a project budget****

Professional Background****

- Minimum of 5 - 8 years project management experience****

- Experience in delivering technical solutions form concept, selection,
installation, testing and implementation.****

- Have worked in medium to large corporate environments, insurance (P&C)
and/or financial services industry preferred****

- Experience with the SDLC****

- Experience with transformational frameworks *CMMI, PSP/TSP *and/or *business
process re-engineering (BPR)* not required but preferred****

- Experience working in an organized *PMO*****

Personal Skills****

- Comfortable relaying project details to “C” level senior management****

- Engage directly with internal business clients to understand their
business objectives and translate them into delivery plans.****

- Collaborate with other project and program managers to manage project
interdependencies.****

- Ability to establish positive working relationships with customers,
stakeholders and team members****

- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts, address issues and conduct
pro’s and con’s evaluations toward resolution****

- Develop and gain agreement with stakeholders on project plans and budgets.

- Possess excellent communication skills; personal, written and
presentation ****

- Experience with meeting facilitation and working with remote team members*
