Position: Salesforce Solution Architect Location: IL Duration: 12 months Provide leadership and architectural direction for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Development Center (DC) in our design, build, and implementation of a Salesforce.com CRM solution. The Architect will partner with a Client Solution Architect and lead a team(s) of architects and technical analysts, as well as partner with our Solution Integrators architect staff to oversee and set direction for key technology and architecture topics within our CRM solution. A Solution Architect with experience in large, complex Salesforce.com implementations in the financial services and/or insurance industry is desired. *Key responsibilities include: * Provide expertise in to the design and build deliverables. This Solution Architect will be a primary reviewer/authorizer of key project architecture deliverables. Liaison with Salesforce.com product teams to provide input on Clients requirements and complexities. Collaborate and partner with other Client architects through our department on key integration points in our solution. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of artifacts and other deliverables, with quality. Collaborate with other leadership both in the CRM DC and through our department. *Soft skills required * Quickly able to integrate in to our technical leadership team. Soft skills as well proactively becoming a go-to person is one of the most desired competencies for this assignment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills required this assignment requires communication with various technical and business audiences. Comfortable with ambiguity.
