*Job Details:*

Need of a Silverlight Architect to create and plan the design, development
and testing of a .Net/Silverlight based application. Responsibilities also
include new development and enhancements, as needed. Must have in depth
experience and knowledge of full software development life cycle
methodologies as well as the ability to create artifacts. Proficiency with
Entity Framework, Silverlight 4.0/3.0, C#, ASP. Net, Ajax Extensions, WCF,
OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and SOA concepts using .Net Framework is
also required. *Proven hands on experience working with PRISM and MVVM
design patterns for Silverlight is also required.*

Here are the notes from the PM hiring for these people:

   - project is not for the faint of heart...it is a lot of work
   - a lot of the architecture is driven by the current C&E PACE or by ATT
architecture and IT. We can't dictate the approach in a lot of cases.
   - there is a big expectation that we have to dig into existing code,
developer networks, etc. and "figure things out". There will be learning
   curves on many fronts.

· *Need to have: MVVM (model view view model) experience in
building Silverlight FE’s***

· *Highly desirable: experience with Caliburn.Micro MVVM framework*

   - Another desirable trait would be prior experience with Telerik
Silverlight controls in addition to MVVM
