This consultant needs to be more than just a strong technical consultant, but someone who has free-thinking skills and can work with the client to generate the reports and desired results. At-least 5+ years of Oracle (PL/SQL) experience. Experience working with complex/integrated enterprise systems Strong Communication skills Possesses outstanding time management skills. Ability to direct other junior developers Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities. Unix and Perl experience Must have experience Oracle 11g reports, Must have Oracle 6i reports experience, SQL query tuning and optimization, Ability to analyze complicated inter-related applications. Experience designing system changes including multi-tier systems .
