Design sessions will: cover each area of the system that need to be configured to identify gaps and needs for customizations result in documentation of requirements/specs cover areas of the implementation strategy, including: roll out strategy, training needs, change management and communications plan Identify and document requirements for the functional team, the technical team and the security team. Work with me to prepare documents required for a request for funding for the implementation of ePerformance, including: detailed project plan, budget, staffing needs and roll out strategy.
