Role:DB2 DBA Location:NJ Duration:3 months Face to face required Scope of Work: DB2 LUW DPF DBA (UDB with Data Partitioning Feature) Responsibilities include: Supporting day to day DBA activities for the Clarify MIS Reporting database. This includes creation of database objects, running database utilities, supporting developer issues, trouble shooting performance problems, implementing AutoSys changes and K shell scripting. Qualifications: Senior level DBA with extensive hands on experience in DB2 LUW DPF version 9 (UDB with Data Partitioning Feature) on Unix including experience with XML Datatypes, Federation, Utilities (Backup, Restore, Reorg, Runstats, Export, Import, Load) and performance troubleshooting. Additional skills required are development of Unix K shell scripting, implementing Autosys R11changes and Cyberfusion.
