This project is located in downtown St. Paul. Each person will have to be local for this role. If you have someone that YOU are will to pay for an interview then we can talk about that consultant. **** ** ** *Here are the EXACT skills the consultant will need:* **· **Proficient in C# and OO programming.**** **· **Experience creating efficient UI's in XAML, either with *WPF or Silverlight*.**** **· **Experience using Entity Framework or similar object-relational mapping frameworks.**** **· **Experience with database development, preferably in SQL Server.**** **· **Experience working with XML and XML technologies (XSD, XPath). **** ** ** *These consultants will be:* **· **Assisting in the development and maintenance of an internally developed workflow management web application.
