• Should have performed the role of Enterprise Architect
• Should be familiar with Gang of Four Patterns
• Should be conversant with web and mobile technologies
• Ability to identify and resolve performance issues
• Develop scripts in WLST, jython, python, and ANT scripting to
automate and monitor weblogic routine tasks
• Configure web logic servers in a cluster solution for high
availability, load balancing and fail over support
• Provide J2EE performance monitoring using provided monitoring
tools
