The ASE role will act as a lead and develop application design guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs. * * *Some of the main responsibilities include:* -Analyze highly complex business requirements. -Generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications. -Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts. -Leverage industry (Java and J2EE) best practices to design, test, implement and support a multi-tier origination J2EE solution working with an Oracle DB. -Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area. -Hands-on development experience is critical to this role and will constitute a majority of the responsibility. -The ideal candidate for this role will be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment. -Candidate must have the ability to adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner. *Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:* -7+ years of Java/J2EE development experience. -Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large scale, Java/J2EE projects from end-to-end. -Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC.
