Job Title : Salesforce.com(SFDC) Developer Relevant Experience (Yrs) : Senior developer with atleast 4-6 years of development experience on Salesforce.com Necessary Skills : * Good understanding of the SFDC Architecture. * Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems * 2+ years Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development. * Solid knowledge of SOQL/SOSL. * Requires solid knowledge of at least one development technology/ programming language. * Experience working with Force.com tools, Apex Data loader,Toad etc. * Good understanding and work experience of CRM's * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good troubleshooting and debugging skills. * Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills * Good analysis and estimation skills. Desired Skills * Posses Life Sciences domain knowledge * 2+ years Java or C# development experience, and 2+ years web application development experience, including solid experience with Java or C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, in addition to SFDC experience. * Hand on experience on database (Oracle/SQL Server preferred ) Roles & Responsibilities : * Evaluate technical feasibility and develop SFDC based solutions. * Participate in discussions with customers and solution architects. * Build, support and development, Unit testing of new development/ enhancements * Ready to work late nights, if needed be. * Work with business users and communicate with them in non technical language * Must be able to mentor and provide direction to junior developers within the team on day-to-day operation.
