Position: Sr. Pega Consultant Location: Horsham, PA Duration: 6 months + *Description: * Responsibilities: • Involved in all stages of software development cycle thorough with software methodologies like RUP and Agile. Expertise in full life cycle development of system, requirement elicitation, making Use Cases, Class Diagram, Activity Diagrams, Deployment Diagrams and Sequence Diagram, sub systems. • Must be proficient in Pega Implementation cycle including modeling of business process, PRPC tool installation, design, development, testing, and deployment. *Required Skills: * • Over 4+ years of dedicated experience in developing BPM applications using PRPC 6.x, Java, XML, HTML and UML languages • Pega certified (CSA or CSSA) • Experience leading, training and mentoring junior Pega Developers • Must have good experience in design and development of large scale Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engines (BRE) applications • Healthcare domain knowledge is needed, knowledge and usage of Healthcare frameworks e.g. CPMHC, ISPM,HCIF etc. in real life projects • Experienced in developing Work Flow, Interfaces, UI's Business Rules using PRPC, knowledge of Pega BIX is added advantage • Experience in Eclipse, IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, Java web server, Oracle App Server • Strong knowledge of industry standard interface protocols (i.e. SOAP, MQ, HTTP, EJB etc.) • Must be a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Well adaptable to challenging environments as well as a strong work ethic and commitment to achieve client's objectives.
