*Job Title: Business Analyst with Property and Casualty Location: Philadelphia, PA (Need Local) Duration: 6+ Months* *Required Technical Skills:* *** Need to have heavy Insurance with experience in Property and Casualty** * 3 years of enterprise system analysis, design, development and implementation experience 3 years of experience with configuration tools Minimum 2 years of experience with forms development in any document management system Professional development experience in XML and XSTL Working experience with insurance industry is a plus Experience with EMC products is a plus Experience with CGI Ratabase Next Gen is a plus Working experience with TFS or another version control and build/deployment process Knowledge and experience with SDLC methodologies as well as structured systems analysis and design Knowledge of tools and programming *Responsibilities: * Participate in the identification and documentation of business, functional, and technical problem Research, evaluate and provide input to potential solutions taking into consideration project constraints, organizational architecture standards, customer business processes and emerging technologies, where applicable.
