*Job Description:*

Client’s a fast pace, rapidly growing environment, and will require
flexibility to roll up sleeves to participate in various roles to deliver
success! Our Project Manager will primarily be responsible for aggregating,
prioritizing and working with key business customers and IT teams to
deliver key projects to support Client’s growing business with optimized
systems/processes.

 This Project Manager role is charted to lead key initiatives, planning and
execution around the following key business areas:



*·         Systems:* Subscription Billing Platform, SalesForce.com, Oracle
EBS, Entitlements Management and Portal Frameworks

*·         Processes:* Understanding of Customer Life Cycle, subscription
models, end-to-end business processes, lifecycles of various enterprise
entities and the implementation of these within CRM and ERP systems for:

o    Partner (2 Tier Channel) Management

o    Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management

o    Account Management

o    Billing and Payment

o    Order Management

o    Upgrades and Renewals

o    Web-based self-service portal

*·         Functions: *Front office business units including Marketing,
Field Sales, Channel Sales, Technical Services, Customer Support, and Order
Management





This individual must be able to represent and speak to key business leaders
and stakeholders to ensure we are delivering against all our objectives
across the overall program. In addition, this player must be able to build
a plan, meet all mile stones and assist the business teams at all times.

*Essential Functions (Tasks and Responsibilities):*

*·         Planning & Strategy*

o    Oversee business deliverables of project by providing guidance in the
constructing of project teams, staffing and onboarding, charters, project
plans, contingencies, success metrics, and ROI measurements

o    Identify and escalate all areas of risks and issues

o    Schedule meetings, provide weekly/daily updates to business
stakeholders (as needed)

o    Manage resource and budgeting processes on business side

o    Work cross-functionally to establish and manage appropriate team
structure for successful delivery across impacted organizations

*·         Project Execution*

o    Manage all phases of program to success, including initiation,
planning, definition, design, development, testing, and deployment cycles

o    Drive definition of business solution concepts in partnership with IT
and business constituents

o    Align program with other Client initiatives and manage cross project
dependencies

o    Recommend and manage the alignment and prioritization of initiatives
based on business strategy and simplification to meet key objectives

o    Drive cross-functional implementation of policies and procedures

*·         Stakeholder/Cross-Functional Team Management*

o    Establish a clear RACI matrix describing project roles and
responsibilities

o    Manage business side of a cross-functional global team (IT, business, 3
rd party vendors, etc.) in a matrix management framework

o    Ensure successful working relationships among project teams

o    Create an environment of success to enable confident project execution
by project teams

*·         Change Management & Communications*

o    Facilitate change management and communication planning activities
through project lifecycle

o    Drive regular forums to update business communities and steering
committee on progress, status, and issues

*·         Risk/Issue Management*

o    Foresee, manage, and raise appropriate visibility to risks and issues

o    Drive resolution of any conflicts and escalate as needed to avoid
roadblocks

*·         Governance*

o    Help in establishing standards for program management (monitoring and
governance), including processes, appropriate project controls,
methodologies, metrics, reporting, and tools to ensure the development and
use of program/project management

*Qualifications & Experience:*

*·         Education/Training*

o    BS/BA degree in Business; MBA or Masters (preferred)

o    Project Management certification or equivalent

o    Process Excellence training (preferred)

*·         Experience*

o    7+ years’ project-related work experience

o    5+ years’ experience leading major Programs/Projects in a complex,
global corporate setting

o    3+ years’ experience in a complex, global Support Renewals organization

o    Experience working with 3rd party vendors and the partner community

o    Project Management and SDLC lifecycle experience

o    Must be a self-starter; a motivated individual who works well under
pressure

o    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and coordinate tasks to meet
multiple deadlines

technical teams to achieve effective solutions

o    Outgoing and comfortable building cross-functional relationships

o    Possess communication skills that are effective with all levels of
management

o    Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a
high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes

o    Conflict resolution and negotiations skills to resolve disagreements
quickly and effectively, bringing a problem-solving attitude to conflicting
approaches and priorities involving team members

o    Ability to think strategically
