Worth, TX Phone then possible face to face Interview * * Mid-level WebLogic Developer:*** *The consultant must fulfill the required needs:* * * · Core experience in Java, at least three solid years · 5+ years general experience (of which the Java component is a part) · Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) · Strong SQL experience (3+ years) – working with databases, knowledge of SQL a must, stored procedure development a plus · Minimum 1-2 years Web application experience using Weblogic Portal Framework (Java, J2EE, HTML, JavaScript) · Minimum 1-2 years Oracle (formerly BEA) WebLogic application server experience. · Web services experience, XML, XML Schema is a major plus · ETL Tool experience (e.g. Informatica, SSIS) a plus · .Net and C# experience is a major plus · Degree preferred. This developer will be responsible for working primarily with First Command’s primary client portal site, “Command Center”. *This application has been developed on Oracle (formerly BEA) WebLogic Portal application server version 10.3.2, utilizing the WebLogic Portal application framework*. This application is planned for eventual retirement in the next 2-3 years, however there will be plentiful opportunity to continue work with other Java applications, and/or .Net web application development.
