*EDUCATION:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Master's degree preferred.

*EXPERIENCE:* Minimum 8 years related experience. Advanced computer
software skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability
to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously; ability to delegate
work to subordinate or less experienced team members; proven leadership
ability.

*REQUIREMENTS:*

   - Minimum 7 yrs experience working on performance testing and
   engineering of large scale commerce or web applications
   - Create and execute performance evaluation and improvement/remediation
   plans for Java based web applications
   - Experience working with multiple stake holders and business units in
   orchestrating performance tests and identifying bottlenecks
   - Deep knowledge of Java programming language and design patterns from a
   performance point of view
   - Knowledge of profiling code for performance issues
   - Knowledge of JVM tuning based on test results
   - Experience in Unix**

Expertise in HP Loadrunner
