Job Description: Experience Required: · Minimum 5 years of experience with Actimize tools (includes AIS 4.x, RCM), SQL, databases · Prior experience with Actimize Suspicious Trading Activity Monitoring packages( includes SAM AML ) · Prior experience with development/implementation at a major brokerage firm. · Must have experience in designing and developing highly scalable systems that will handle very large volumes of data globally. · Demonstrated ability to communicate with business analysts/data analysts and technology teams. Experience Preferred: · Experience in Actimize tools ( AIS , RCM Designer , RCM Case Manager) · Experience with model development using AIS 4.x · Experience in Actimize SAM packages including Datamart mappings · Experience of working with the Compliance function within an Investment Bank. · Strong IT skills and background, especially in the financial services industry; comfortable with computer based tools, processes and workflows. · Experience in Fixed Income business. · Experience in Application servers like Weblogic, Tomcat · Experience in XML and XSL usage in Actimize RCM and models · Experience in Java Technologies like Spring, Ajax, Hibernate and MQ · Experience with Mantas and Business Objects a plus. Skills/Aptitude Required: · Experience with Actimize Tools such as Modeler, Designer, AIS and RCM · Experience with Actimize DART, Dash boards, Forms design and implementation · Experience in SQL server and Oracle. · Experience in UNIX, Autosys, and Java. · Quick learner; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to attend many tasks simultaneously, with frequently changing priorities. · Must be independent and creative in approach to problems and issues and proactive. · Extremely organized, excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in documenting code releases. · Highly self-motivated with a confident “do the right thing” attitude. · Able to multi-task and prioritize a demanding and varied workload. · Excellent attention to detail. · Work long hours when required, to communicate with groups in other regions. · Ability to identify, appropriately escalate issues & risks & consider solutions. Position: Java/DB Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: 6-12 Months F2F is required Job Description: · Work with the business and data analysts to evaluate data requirements, and propose optimal solutions and delivery approaches that meet those requirements. · Conduct additional data analysis as needed to support optimal solution. · Work with the development lead to recommend good design, coding and implementation practices. · Develop and implement the solution using Java/ETL (Unix/PERL scripting or Informatica) using good design standards and practices. · Work with the technology team and take responsibility for the timely implementation of the solution.
