Please let me know on [email protected] you have any good resources for the below position mentioned Role : Oracle DBA Location: Moline, IL Duration: 36 months Interview : Phone hire 8+ years exp. • Production experience in Oracle 10g and 11g • Strong shell scripting experience is a must • Experience in Oracle Enterprise Manager (Provisioning Pack would be desirable) • Ability to apply software maintenance upgrades (including security patches) and fixes. • Ability to monitor and react to system-down situations. • Needs to have extensive production experience in Data Guard • Needs to have experience in Oracle RAC (Oracle Database Appliance(ODA) acceptable as well) • Detailed knowledge of Oracle internals • Experience in installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining databases. • Able to investigate and resolve problems which may require working with the supplier. • Ability to assist in architecture planning and implementation to maintain a highly available infrastructure. • Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotations. • Ability and willingness to work with a global support team • Very strong knowledge in database backups, recoveries and data restorations via RMAN • Must have strong performance tuning skills • DBA needs to be at a “senior” level (i.e. minimum 5 years) • Since significant interaction is done among team members, as well as with Database owners, this person needs to have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work both independently and cooperatively with others. • Must have good English skills Thanks, Samir [email protected] Rider Consulting Inc. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
