Should be capable to create the required automation framework to the client. **** ** ** *Web Testing*-Should have good knowledge & concepts of UI validations, GUI features etc. Concepts of Globalization and Localization testing will be an added advantage **** ** ** *Application Testing*-Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool. **** ** ** *SOA Testing-*Ability to understand the various SOA Testing types relate to Functional or Non-Functional activities or both .Should be able to prepare the 'Individual test strategy for the related 'Functional or Non-Functional SOA testing activities'. Able to prepare 'High level test scenarios' .Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibilities.
