Operational Skills- Good communication skills, team spirit, strong analytical thinking, listening & questioning skills, and client interfacing skills. The person should be able to own the requirements management for a mid-sized project and lead a team of around 3-4 BAs. The person should possess advanced business analysis skills proven through delivering in multiple client engagements.
