Troubleshooting OS related issues 2. Remote Software installation on machines a. Understanding remote connectivity tools like Bomgar, Dameware, RDP 3. Hardware installation and drivers update 4. Working knowledge of Remedy or any other defect tracking tool 5. Working knowledge of SCCM a. Deployment b. Software installation c. OSD d. Application packaging skill using Admin studio 6. Scripting language like VB Scripting, Powershell 7. Working knowledge of windows imaging method – wim, iso, ghost, SCCM 8.
