Knowledge of general IT tools, processes and systems used in the Financial Services or Banking industry. 4. General business understanding of the Financial Services industry is helpful. 5. Must posses the understanding and ability to conduct performance tests using Load runner or other performance testing tools 6. Four-year university degree or college diploma in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, or a directly related field 7. Proficiency with various Technical tools including Toad (SQL), Quality Center, load/performance testing tools 8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other business/financial applications 9. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required 10. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with technical, non-technical and executive personnel orally and in writing 11. Highly self-motivated and directed, able to work with minimal supervision 12. Strong customer service orientation 13.
