We have an urgent opportunity with our client for the below position, please send your resume if you're interested *Position: Operations - Support Analyst III* *Location: New York City, NY* *Duration: 6+ Months Contract* JOB DESCRIPTION Start and control computer system(s) on schedule by means of computer system console, operator checklists, and third-party software. · Investigate all messages displayed via the monitoring tools, and verifies that all jobs inputted to the system are processed correctly and come to a normal termination. · Take corrective action on problems including use of third-party support software, while informing management, business units and customers · Supports Operations, Product, QA, and Development tests. Interfaces with QA to ensure operational testing procedures(failover and recovery) are incorporated in the QA test suites. Writes basic test plans and scripts, as appropriate.
