*The job description is as follows: Initial 6 month contract.* * * *Rates: * Senior Business Analyst for large systems development projects in the Property/Casualty industry. Responsible for business requirements efforts, liaisoning between business and technical teams, leading JAD/Requirements sessions, developing requirements documentation, use cases, end-user documentation, developing test plans, test execution, and coordinating production roll-out activities. Position requirements include: • 7 – 12 years business analysis experience with large-scale, enterprise-wide information technology projects and systems. • Property/Casualty experience and policy administration systems experience are a must; Experience with Duck Creek policy administration software strongly preferred • Strong SDLC and Requirements Methodologies experience are required • Strong analytical skills, business process re-engineering skills, and data analysis skills • Ability to interact with senior business and technology management, and work within a large, matrix organization model • Experience with QA testing, test planning, and execution • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, multi-task, and be a team player • Strong organizational skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred; If you are qualified, available, interested, planning to make a change, or know of a friend who might have the required qualifications and interest, please call me, even if we have spoken recently about a different position.
