We have an Urgent Client Requirement on *Oracle PL/SQL Reports* *@* *Boston, Massachusetts* *Note: Please reply with profiles to: [email protected]*** *Job Title : Oracle PL/SQL Reports* *Location : Boston, Massachusetts* *Duration : 6+ months* *Please do not send candidates that have an oracle Financials background unless they have worked with Oracle BI Publisher and Answers and have strong Reports 6I and 11G experience.*** Work with investors to develop reports in a very fast and efficient manner. Key role and they will rely on this individual to deliver reports to the business side. Group supports 450 reports. Reports run in 30 seconds typically. Need a Good PL/SQL developer with Solid SQL reporting experience. - They do not have to have the fixed income experience but just show interest and aptitude - PL/SQL Development is most important. If they are just a superstar PL/SQL Developer who wants to learn Oracle reporting then he would consider them. (in this case 10g would be acceptable) - Oracle Reports 11g experience, preferably with reports migration experience from 6i to 11g. Oracle Reports experience is a Must - Candidates need to be strong with PL/SQL as well but Reports will be the focus - Oracle BI Publisher and Answers experience is a plus. - Database Tuning as well working on the Unix platform - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - This is a very fast passed, high exposure position. Having the right technical skills is not enough. The candidate must be able to interact with others. The individual will be working with the Client to deliver information delivery solutions and enhance existing Oracle reports for Fixed Income Investment business. In addition, the responsibilities will include designing and development of very efficient PL/SQL functions, stored procedures. Database design and performance tuning experience is a must. The candidate should have demonstrable experience with software development practices. Professional systems design and excellent verbal and written skills are necessary. The candidate should be well-versed in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports and Oracle BI suite of products. Prior knowledge of financial industry and investment processes is a strong plus. Experience in working with XML and JSP/JAVA/HTML is a strong plus. Work requires good mathematical skill and an excellent problem solving acumen with ability to work in a fast paced dynamic team oriented environment.
