Position : Sybase DBA Location : Mettawa, IL Duration : 2 year contract(Start date would need to be Monday 6/24 ideally). Interview – phone screen with me, phone screen with my consultant who’s resigning, phone screen with tech lead, then possible f2f, I haven’t decided yet whether we will do f2f I prefer to start with a local candidate in the Chicago area. If no one good is available locally, I will look at out of state candidates. I need good communication skills. If they have SQL Server DBA experience, then it’s a plus and I will look at those people first.
